Cook off

Hello Everyone!

There's a thing called "Bake off or Cook off" , so I gave it go. I made our favourite Russian traditional pancakes, here's the ingredients I used:

  • Flour
  • Sugar
  • Salt
  • Cow milk / Kefir
  • Hot water
  • Eggs
It was a little bit challenging when I first  tried, but then after a few mins I was as a professional. I would rate it 10/10. I am very happy!

  2. Daniil the pancakes look amazing and you look very professional, I can understand why you rated them 10/10. Do you eat them with any toppings?

  3. Kia ora Daniil, thanks for sharing the recipe. Maybe you could add in the quantities needed? I'm interested about the difference between a pancake and a Russian Pancake?

    1. Kia ora Phil, thank you for commenting on my blog. The difference between pancakes and Russian pancakes that Russian pancakes: thinner; bigger; you can put different ingredients(cheese, fruits, syrop, creem cheese and so on) on the middle of the the pancake and fold it like a shape of an envelope.
